Guests will learn to make a three courses Italian menu and dine together.

COOKING PARTY

Guests divide into different teams, each team will be responsible for one of the following cooking stations and they have to cook a meal for everybody!
Station 1: appetizer cooking station
Station 2: main course cooking station
Station 3: dessert cooking station

All ingredients will be prepared. Guests will need to search for the ingredients they need and follow the recipes. Chef will assist in the process. Chef will do the plating and dinner will be served after class.

Marco has over 32 years of experience in food & beverage service, and he has cooked for Royalty, Head of States, and a number of movie stars, fashion designers. He came to HK in 2003 and was asked to open ‘Aqua Roma & Aqua Tokyo’ an award-winning restaurant, where he was the Executive Chef for 2 years and then he went to China to open a small boutique hotel which later became Crown Plaza and worked there for 5 & ½ years as Executive Chef.He has also worked as an Executive Chef at a number of hotels and restaurants around the globe including Sheraton, Le Royal Meridien, Amari Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza.
